The federal government has made a $500,000
contribution to the Antigonish Town and County
Recreation Association field project.
The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of
National Defence, made the announcement Monday
morning to a standing room only crowd at Town
Hall council chambers on behalf of the
Honourable Keith Ashfield, Minister of National
Revenue, Minister of the Atlantic Canada
Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and Minister for the
Atlantic Gateway. |
